With 11 years of experience in marketing and sales Tazkia has developed numerous marketing teams, with varying strategies. She is one of the strongest leaders in her field. She holds a Leadership diploma with an Advanced Operations Management Certificate obtained from UCT.
Tazkia’s greatest skills lie in understanding customers needs and ensuring that the service delivery meets said needs.

Well known for running in heels, Tazkia very rarely leaves the operations floor and can often be found either in the training rooms or on an agent desk. With her “hands on” approach Tazkia has ensured the success of her previous companies by maintaining the highest levels of service, monitoring costs and efficiency and retaining staff wellness and loyalty.


She is people orientated keeping the focus on getting the best people and providing them with the best skills. Tazkia creates employment for the youth and she is trained to grow and develop key staff.

Tazkia brings a first hand knowledge of managing customer service delivery expectations to ARC. Having first worked as a contact centre agent and setting several records in terms of performance, Tazkia rapidly climbed the ranks in the outbound/inbound contact centre arena finally becoming a shareholder and Director of Marketing for Onyx Group Holdings before joining ARC in 2020.  Having successfully managed large contact centres and participating in world class awards events, Tazkia embodies the perfect fit for our every growing customer base.
