A glance back

Keanu holds a business degree and specializes in sales and marketing. 

He started his career in the residential property industry working for one of the biggest and most well-established brands in South Africa, servicing the most high-end suburbs, and concluding multiple multimillion rand sales. Keanu quickly climbed the ladder to become on of the top salesman in the company within a short period of time. 

A couple of years later, his ambition and drive saw him transition to the big leagues by making a move into commercial property. Whilst there, Keanu leveraged his sales and negotiating skills to broker and conclude large commercial property transactions for some of South Africa’s biggest REITS, resulting in him winning the award for best salesman in his first year at the company. This experience spanned a period of 6 fruitful years during which Keanu really honed in on his skills resulting in him being promoted to Head of commercial sales. His time as head of commercial sales allowed him to really develop his leadership and management skills.

Following his successful run in property. Keanu was head hunted to help develop a successful logistics company, Freightsy, which experienced huge growth within its first year and now services some of the largest wholesalers in South Africa. A couple of months later and due to his proven track record and success, Keanu was again headhunted to run the sales division of a travel company called Travati, which he helped build into one of the fastest growing companies in the industry with sales percentages doubling every quarter and achieving consistent growth. 

With that company now an established player in the market, Keanu thought it time to take on a new challenge and took another leap of faith to join ARC Business Process Outsourcing, which he now heads up global sales for. Through his drive, ambition, sales and management experience there is no doubt that he will achieve big things and help take ARC to the next level.

With his strong sales background, Keanu is responsible for all things sales and business develoment related.  A perfectionist by heart, he ensures each and every new client onboarded with ARC enjoys the best service possible and remains on the project well after kick off.

Naturally, with his extensive property development background, ARC capitilizes on his skills and knowledge in this regard to rapidly gear new office spaces as our clients project needs expand.
